Technical Account Manager / IT Consultant

Join our Oslo team and combine hands-on IT work with close customer collaboration.

Edentri develops software for advanced data capture. We are looking for an IT consultant who enjoys working with customers, making technical decisions and seeing the results of their work. You will help new and existing customers understand their needs, adapt our solutions, train users and provide ongoing support.

In customs, freight forwarding and logistics, documents and data keep goods moving. You will work closely with customers to understand their processes and help them put our technology to use. Different customers, workflows and systems bring variety to the role, while one shared platform lets you build deeper product expertise over time. It is an opportunity to combine technical problem-solving, learning and customer relationships, and see how your work reduces manual effort in everyday operations.

You bring a solid IT foundation, curiosity and a willingness to learn. The role is based in Oslo, includes some customer travel, and requires residence in Norway, Norwegian or another Nordic language, and English.
